We are part of the Portuguese SNS National Oral Health Programme. You can use your cheque-dentista voucher at our clinics in Almada, Fernão Ferro and Baixa da Banheira.

How the cheque-dentista works
The cheque-dentista is a voucher issued by the Portuguese SNS that fully or partially covers dental visits and treatments at private clinics taking part in the National Oral Health Programme.
At Fábrica do Sorriso, accredited dentists accept the voucher, deliver the covered treatment plan and handle all the paperwork. Just bring the voucher and an ID on the day of your appointment.

The cheque-dentista is granted to priority groups defined by the Portuguese SNS. Eligibility can be confirmed at your local health centre.

Pregnant women
Pregnant women monitored by the SNS, during pregnancy and up to two months after delivery.

Elderly with CSI support
People aged 65+ who receive the Solidarity Supplement for the Elderly (CSI).

Children and teenagers
Children and young people aged 2 to 18, with coverage defined by age bracket.

People living with HIV
SNS patients with an HIV/AIDS diagnosis under clinical follow-up.

Head & neck cancer
Patients in follow-up for early diagnosis or treatment of head and neck cancer.
